Import Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are set by the destination country's customs authorities and are separate from your order total and shipping costs. These charges typically range from 25-40% of the item value, though we cannot predict the exact amount as rates vary by country and are subject to change.

Payment Responsibility
These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not covered by Postalco. The shipping carrier will contact you directly to collect payment when your package arrives at customs.

Delays & Limitations
Postalco cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by customs clearance, payment processing, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Terms

We ship worldwide via DHL or FedEx. Shipping usually takes 7-10 days from the dispatch date. Shipping charges vary by country and are automatically selected according to the shipping address. The shipping charges for each region are as follows.

Some products are eligible for delivery direct to mailbox for a shipping fee of ¥380. (Nekopos, Click Post) If the products you ordered are eligible, you will be able to select it from the shipping method selection screen at checkout.

All shipments outside Japan include a commercial invoice to avoid delays in customs. We are unable to indicate a lower price for the value of your order listed on your commercial invoice as we must adhere to all international import/export rules and regulations. Unclaimed packages: The shipper will leave a notice if nobody is available to sign for your package. The shipping agent will hold your package for a few days only. If you do not claim it, it will be returned to us, marked unclaimed. If the goods are returned for the customer's convenience at the time of shipment, the customer shall be responsible for import and export shipping charges and taxes. You will be required to pay for shipping twice to have your order sent a 2nd time. There may be some countries we cannot ship to due to courier restrictions.

Each order is shipped separately. If you place multiple orders, we will not be able to ship them together. We may not be able to accept cancellation requests after an order has been confirmed (received an automatic order confirmation email) .
